I followed all instruction ins and still I did not receive any channels. It should be noted that I purchased this item whic had already been returned to store and it was sold to me as an open box item. I returned the item!

Posted .So sorry that you had a bad experience. Best Buy does sell open box returned items at a reduced cost. With that said, the antenna comes with a lifetime warranty and we will be happy to replace any defective parts.

Posted .So sorry the Eclipse isn't working for your application. Try to get the clearest, least obstructed view towards the broadcast towers. Make sure to go into the setup of your TV set and scan for channels. Please call our tech support team @ 877-825-5572 if you need ANY assistance.

But, remember with these indoor antennas placement is everything. It is best to place this antenna on a window. If this is not possible, it should be placed on wall facing the outside. This is a good indoor antenna and I would recommend it.
