After using it on a basement TV for a couple of weeks, I am pleased to say it’s worth the money and more. It picks up more channels than the previous name brand antenna. The detachable coax cable is great when you need a longer run. I will be buying another one so I can begin to leave cable.

I thought I would try this one as it was an open box but despite the claims of 50 mile range, I could only pick up two stations, one of which is two miles away. I returned and exchanged for a more expensive but better quality antenna

Posted .I hope the new antenna you bought was one of ours. The Eclipse is very powerful, and TV signals are challenging to receive sometimes and in some locations where the TV is, so make sure you scan for channels on your new antenna to make sure you are receiving the max # of channels.
