Try moving the antenna up higher on your wall or window (not behind a metal window screen) as trees and building block the signals and see if that helps your reception. There are a few things that can be causing signal interference. You cannot simply move the antenna and expect the signals to stop breaking up. Make sure to face the antenna towards the largest cluster of towers in your area.
