Posted .Sorry to hear that you didn't have any luck with the ClearStream Eclipse. That doesn't ususally happen. We do have higher gain antennas, i.e. ClearStream 2MAX Indoor/Outdoor Antenna at Best Buy. This antenna comes with a base stand for table top of floor use. It's on sale at Best Buy this week for $69.99.

Unfortunately, about 40 Miles north of Houston this one did not work any better than no antenna at all, so it had to be returned. It probably works ok if you have all the right conditions between your TV and the relevant transmission towers

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. When you purchase another antenna, check out our Antenna Point app so you can see where the towers are located to aim the front of the antenna. Using the app will provide better results. And if you are in an area where the terrain is causing interference, you may want to consider and outdoor antenna that you can place in an attic or on the roof.

Antenna will not pick up channels

After calling the company when it did not work, they said it probably doesn't work because I couldn't put it on the south wall of my house and because my house was brick. Had to take it back since it couldn't pick up local channels, even when I moved the TV to a room so the antenna could be at a south window

Posted .So sorry the Eclipse did not work in your situation. Walls, hills, trees, etc. can all have an impact on antenna reception. An outdoor antenna may be a better choice in your case. Thanks so much!

I had my tech savvy daughter and son-in-law help with choosing this antenna and installing it. They both work in television electronic and computer industries and know what they're doing but even though I live way within the range for this antenna it does absolutely nothing. I will be returning it.

I knew I would not get the same results as my neighbors but I was hoping to get at least a few of my local channels. Even running this through the window and up as high as it would reach I only picked up a single station.
