Posted .Greetings from Antennas Direct. This rarely happens with our TV antennas. Couple tips: did you check where the towers are located? If not check out our app AntennaPoint to aim your antenna. You need to scan for channels on your TV to receive signals, see your TV owners manual or if you don’t have a TV user manual, google how to scan for channels on your brand of TV. The Sure Grip strip should be used on clean surfaces or it will not stick to the window. If you need any further assistance please give us a call. Posted .We would like to make a suggestion. Can you place the antenna higher up on the wall or window? The reason being is that there are times where the wind is blowing and a tree or some other objects can be causing the interference. I have a large tree in front of my house and when the wind blows during bad weather the tree is causing interference. This could also be a neighbors tree that is in the direct path of the signals being received to your antenna. Any antenna you use indoor, you will get the same results. Poor attachment, did not work
