Posted .Did you perform a channel scan on the TV after you connected the antenna? Is your TV newer than 2007? If not, then you will need a converter box. Also, TVs manufacturers do not include a tuner in the TV, say Vizio for instance. Check your TVs owners manual to make sure there is a tuner in the TV. If all this checks out, you can also try placing the antenna up higher on the wall or window as trees and buildings can block the TV signals. You will also need to face the antenna towards the largest cluster of towers in your area. You can see the transmitter locaters on our website, click on this link https://www.antennasdirect.com/transmitter-locator.html. You may need to move the antenna to several locations to find the best reception. Remember to rescan for channels at every location you place the antenna before permanently attaching the antenna to any surface. We are here to help! You can call us toll-free at 1-877-825-5572 and we will evaluate your home location for you and provide tips on receiving the best signals. The call and support are free. We are available 7 days a week. 9am to 9pm Mon - Fri and Sat – Sun 10am to 6pm Central Time.

Works like a champ.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was faced with a few challenges in setting this up: - living on opposite side of apartment building facing away from the majority of TV sources. - the angle between all desired TV sources is approximate 90 degrees - the distance to one of the transmitters is at the 50 mile mark The installation was simple. I was surprised that the channel scan picked up 22 channels in rainy weather, then 32 on a clear day. The reception from the distant transmitters pixellates a bit during the rainy weather,. Considering the distance of some of the transmitters and the building walls presenting a challenge, I'm really happy with this antenna.

Works Great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this antenna as a replacement for a supposed 150 mile antenna I bought online that I just wasn't happy with the performance. After looking around this antenna had some very favorable views online (CNET and Wirecutter) so I had high hopes when I decided to search BestBuy.com for the item. Luckily my local store had it in stock. I was skeptical of the price at first, but now that I have it installed - totally worth it! Couple of caveats on the installation though. I live about 30 miles from St. Louis on the IL side. I found that if I placed the antenna in the attic or on a window in the lower level, the antenna didn't perform well. Also, I am fortunate enough to have an upstairs window that practically faces STL, which is where this is installed (the wife wasn't real happy with the placement :). However, with being placed upstairs on a window facing STL, the reception blows away the antenna I am replacing. Even when I held that antenna out the same window to test. Even signals that register in the mid range (according to Windows Media center) come in clear, with only occasional signal hiccups. So I think placement is key with this type of antenna, but based on ratings and my findings this is a solid performer.

Excellent antenna
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was using an Amazon Basics antenna with an amplifier that worked well except for a couple of channels. I bought this one because it's an updated version said to improve signal reception and stability. I put it in same location as previous antenna and rescanned. It pulled in more stations and all showed excellent reception. The two iffy channels are now solid. I am very happy with my purchase.

Best of the Bunch
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried another brand before this one and it was no better than the $5.00 rabbit ears I had from radio shack. This one performed infinitely better. Super simple to install, pulled in twice the stations with clear, crisp signals. Well worth the money.

Product works, but need line of sight
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works better than rabbit ears, which it replaces. I started getting channels I could not get before, due to the amplification. But based on my location, to really get these new channels well, need clearer reception/line of sight. This is an internal antenna, and so I will need to get more creative in placement. But the sticky pad is great for adjusting placement.

Clearstream Eclipse blk wht indoor
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Being able to attach either side with given sticky, size, weight, length of cord are a plus, but ok reception. Granted the antenna picks up all the possible channels I could ever want but not all channels come in so well. If I stick to the major channels reception is good but not great [ all the time]. Yes, this is the strength of the signal [conducive on weather, planes, and trains] and with this unit being a powered antenna I have read it can cause (I forget the term) a weaker signal by reaching beyond its viable abilities. Overall it works just fine I just think a upgrade to a Clearstream 2V long range would be better.

One of the better indoor antennas

Philadelphia HD Antenna - AWESOME
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I live in Philadelphia. I'm in a row home in the Art Museum Area. I bought this antenna and 61 Channels were found. 59 of them come in perfectly. The networks (CBS3, 6ABC, NBC10, FOX, the CW and more) all are broadcast cleanly and in full HD. Totally recommend if you live in the city! Can't vouch for someone who lives multiple miles outside the city. This has a 50 mile range, but I can't vouch for that personally.

Antennas Direct - ClearStream Eclipse Amplified In
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I live in a area where over the air reception is sketchy. I have to say this antenna had pretty good reception. So I tried putting it outside on a stick and it picked up quite a few channels. Unfortunately this antenna is for indoor. I ended up purchasing a "Lava" outdoor antenna. I had heard they were the best. I mounted it outside and it picks up less channels than the clear stream did. (outside)

Can't Beat it for the Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the size, price and quick mounting ability, this antenna is hard to beat. I used an antenna positioning app on my phone to help face it in the right direction and mounted it with the included grip tape. Connected the booster and ran a cable to my HDHomeRun Connect. After a few minutes the signal quality and strength indicated in the upper 90s to 100%. Can't beat that...

Works, but not that great.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I live 38 to 41 miles from most broadcast towers in this area. I was using a ultra cheap "As seen on TV" Clear TV antenna and I was impressed that it actually picked up 24 channels. It was range rated at approx. 30 miles so I decided to pick up this Clear Stream antenna that has a 50 mile range. I thought there would be a huge difference in the quality of reception. To my disappointment, the difference was just minor. The Clear Stream is slightly better and it picks up about 10 more channels than the Clear TV product. One of the major networks still won't come in although it should with the 50 mile range. My antenna is in my top floor window and it is facing Atlanta like it should. This product isn't anything to write home about and, for me, it was a waste of money.

Works Great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this antenna because my other antenna would only get a few local stations. I could not get NBC. ABC and CBS were choppy at best. After going through the scan on my TV I ended up with 67 channels! This antenna far exceeded my expectations!

Works pretty well during the day; but not at night
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This antenna works pretty well during the day. As with most, you have to work to find the right spot. But at night I lose a number of channels. Not sure why - haven't experienced this with any other antennas. Very frustrating, though.
