    The antenna does not work. For the cost of $100 this antenna should be able to receive all channels within my broadcast area.

      Hi David, we are sad to hear you didn't have a great experience with our ClearStream MAX-XR antenna. The MAX-XR should have brought in more channels than an indoor antenna, especially if you installed it outdoors or in an attic. Did you rescan your TV for channels after connecting the new antenna? This is a very important step when changing antennas because the TV signals are locked in on the channels from your previous antenna and why your experience was the similar. Please, connect the new antenna again, placing the antenna in the line of sight to the broadcast towers and rescan your TV for channels.     Returned. Never opened the box because a less expensive item worked well. Really unhappy at the limited return policy of your company. As soon as I use the store credit that was issued when I returned this item I will cease shopping at Best Buy for anything.

    Do not buy! Super expensive and does nothing. The thing is huge, feels like a device used to communicate with extraterrestrial life somewhere. I only have 1 star because no other choice to select.

      Hi ScottS! We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Placing an antenna in the right location is the key to achieving the best signals. If you placed the antenna on the floor, for instance, the signals may not have been presented or low to the floor. For indoor purposes, even an indoor/outdoor antenna needs to be up high. Towers are 1500 feet up in the air. Most of those signals are not pointing down, so we ALWAYS recommend placing the antenna up as high as possible to achieve the best signal reception. We recommend chatting with our tech support team at 877-825-5572, and they will perform a free home signal analysis to help determine what the issue could be.     I can't say it did anything any different than all of the cheaper antennas I have tried. Bummed because I waited 2 weeks to try it so I can't return it. My humble opinion only.

    Did not give more than 4 channels with “great” signal. Did not realize best buy had return policy or only 14 days, and didn’t even set up until after 14 days. So I am stuck with this junk that didn’t work and out $90. Do not recommend

    Never picked up more then 33 Chanel’s after me fing it around 7; times to different locations. All depends on your home and location. Once again tired of having to play with everyday.i will stick with Hulu and get everything clear and what I want. Hulu+ live tv+ Disney+ ESPN for a great price and have Netflix 2nd tier.
