Customers are saying

Customers regard the ClearStream Micron XG Indoor Long-Range Digital TV Antenna favorably for its excellent reception and picture quality, finding it easy to install and use. Many appreciate its ability to receive a large number of channels, including HD channels, and its extended range. However, some customers express concerns about occasional signal inconsistencies and the antenna's relatively high price and larger size.

I bought it for one of my customers. She lives in Brooklyn. We have planned to use the antenna indoors next to her TV set. Id did not give us enough reception for all the channels we needed, so despite the fact it's not rated for outdoors, we set it up just outside her back door. It's been working ever since, and it does it perfectly. It receives over 60 different channels over the air for free!

We have a camper on a lake with No t.v. reception. We hooked this antenna up and suddenly we get all the major network stations. No more adjusting rabbit ears to try to pick up something. We love it and will probably be buying another just like it soon!

The overall use of the antennae is good - and it has brought in many of the other channels other than the 4 locals...but I have found that reception is 'iffy' if the overhead fan is running or there is inclimate weather outside. Thought this purchase would help avoid putting an antennae on the roof - and the fact that I don't have cable. The antennae has helped for the most part.

This is a nice looking easy to set up product that works satisfactory up close to towers. I tried to get reception from 30 miles away and the signal was in and out. The booster seemed to do nothing,in fact I lost a couple channels that were ok before attacjing the booster. I took it to another location 10 miles closer and it did much better. Don't buy unless you are close to transmitters and then just buy the cheaper models that also work. By the way you only have 15 days to try it out not a month like I was told when I purchased it. Had to exchange it for merchandise instead of a refund.

Still probably one of the better indoor antennas, this thing does NOT reach 35 miles. I got 20 miles at best and even that was starting to cut out. I tried with an without the signal booster, all different types of placement in my home but nope. If you live 20-40 miles from your local antennas consider an outdoor antenna like Clearstream's 2V also sold at Best Buy. I got 43 channels in clear vs 4 with this antenna. And it's the same price! If you're in the 10-20 mile range though, this antenna will probably work great, but it is expensive and therefore cannot recommend it.

My house is 5 miles under the range limit from most of the TV stations and the reception can be quite choppy. As it is, I can't really use the antenna reliably. The few times I can get a clean signal, the picture looked great. Only use if you are in the middle of the range or better.
