Anthem game
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible game. I had high expectations for the game but the final product seemed rush and required more time to develop. The game seemed to good to be true. Too slow and many loading screens ruin the gameplay

Worst of the worst
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I waited a long time for this game but storyline was short and the endgame content is near nothing. Along with a list of other things wrong with the game, I would put this back on the shelf.

Great fun but still some issues to iron out
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all the good. Bioware did something that most live service games are forgetting to do these days...which is to be FUN. All of these types of games eventually reach the stage where reach the "end game" stage, which has become synonymous with endless grinding with little purpose and diminishing returns for your time invested. And for the most part, it begins to feel like a job or a chore, which defeats the whole purpose of playing a game. The one thing I'll say for this game above everything else I play currently is that it manages to stay FUN, and that alone makes it my current favorite game. The bad: The game has suffered from some technical issues since the VIP Demo. At that point it was disconnects and network related rubber banding, etc. Most of those have been corrected, but there are still issues with performance across all platforms. Its not game breaking but it can be a slight annoyance at times and is really not acceptable for a AAA title. My biggest personal complaint is that this is the one title I own that I can't acceptably run at 4K resolution on my PS4 pro. Its OK if I'm playing solo, but joining with other players in 4K just causes too much slow down and stuttering. I simply play this title in 1080p currently in order to have acceptable performance. I trust they will work these issues out in time, but its really a negative point for Bioware to launch a title without performance being polished. If its not playable at 4K on a machine whose sole reason for existing is to run games at or near 4K, it shouldnt have been released yet in my opinion. None the less, even with the performance issues, I still have to recommend the game for the overall fun factor.

Potential
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mistakenly put this on the pre-order bonus: While it is a title that doesn't live up to the hype created by Bioware and EA, there is still a lot of fun to be had. One of the most important things for game play has been nailed: the controls. This game has arguably the smoothest flight controls this side of Ace Combat. Shooting is suitable for this category though the guns could use some weight. Movement transitions (walking/running to flight to hovering) are near flawless. The different classes, unlike some games, have clear differences and most suit abilities work great and create an impressive level of mayhem. Point to point game play is great, especially if you are with a group of familiars. All is not good, however. The game is unacceptably unstable (at launch). The game has crashed more than once with one of the times causing a whole system reboot. In game loading times, though improved, are too long. Most mission types are repetitive, even for this genre. And there is no PVP for those who care. All of that said, the game has a lot of potential. If Bioware keeps fresh, free, content coming and irons out the bugs, the purchase will have been worthwhile. At this point though, it's hard to say if they will be able to keep enough people invested when other titles (like The Division 2) are right around the corner.
