Bought this for my tv, directv dish, DVR, and Internet modem as power flickers or goes out for a few seconds every day with our power from FPL. So far working great as I have not had any issues or had to wait for any devices to reset.

I have never had more quality issues with APC products than I have in the last two years. Not only have their products failed more often straight out of the box, but when their products do work it is for almost exactly the amount of time it takes for their warranty to wear off. That being said there isn't anyone in the market that's much better, but I do miss the APC of old.

Great product works excellent, exactly what I was looking for.

Living in Florida these are a must. I have 3 and when lightening puts the power out, I have plenty of time to shut down the computer. The TV and cable box are also connected to one and I worry a lot less about power surges and outages damaging my units.

In florida our power goes out every time there is a thunderstorm, lost two computers to surge and softwear issues when inproper shutdown. With this it gives me sufficent time to shut down windows and all other programs correctly. No softwear issues.

Gives enough time to finish what you are doing prior to powering down

The battery backup does all that i ask of it and keeps it protected.

Really don't have much to say, it works like it suppose to. I haven't had any brown outs or electric failure to see performance. I gave it five stars because it makes me fill secure with the kind of warranty or insurance that comes with it.

Product had been previously purchased and should have been discounted by Best Buy.

Works good for the price. The old one crapped out on me

I bought one of these several years ago for a customer and the battery finally failed. I looked at replacing the batteries but it was not really cost effective since these units are so cheap anyway. So I bought another.

This backup unit is a great piece of tech to have. It keeps important electronics from losing power when it flickers, goes out, or if having electrical work done. The one improvement I would recommend is to space the outlets out further, as it is difficult to fully utilize all the plugs with how close together they are.

Good buy and at good price and It does its purpose.

Ive had it for several months now and it is performing perfectly. I especially like the notification sound when it it performing. Never new that there were so many instances of low voltage brownouts in my area.

I tried other brands however when I was in the local Best Buy a customer "I.T. guru" raved about this product so I went for it. The best investment for keeping my items safe.

This is a good UPS for the price paid - it is large and heavy.

While a good product, it has only about 7 hours of battery life. Also the power receptacles labeling can be misinterpreted. I plugged my laptop into a battery receptacle by mistake, and did not realize it until I received a warning that battery life remaining was 18%! Lengthy power outages in the northeast of 3-4 hours are not uncommon.

I bought this model to replace a 400VA model that is no longer available. Easy to use straight out of the box, no special tools or skilsl needed. Plug & play at its best!!
