It's a very good product and after many years you have to replace things and you go back and get the same things again.

The interior elements in the receptacle do not line up with the slots in case. It is very difficult to insert a plug. I finally forced them in. These units, I bought 2, have been returned previously, one did not have the manual, in the case of the second one the box interior was damaged. You would think someone would check returned items to see what the problem is, and not just put them back in stock.

I bought a couple of these and one of them would sound its alarm every so often. Not sure if I got a bad one, but It was already to late to take it back.

If you need a quality battery backup system, you won't go wrong with APC systems. They are worth the extra money.

Everyone should have one. If your power goes off this gives you time to shut sessions down properly without losing your work.

After going through 3 computers from the power surges we have, finally bought one.

Unit was designed very well. Cord length was longer than expected. Unit has been working for @ 3 weeks now-no problems.

The APC works well when the power goes out. It gave me the time I needed to save and shut down normally.

The UPS is great for an iMac or laptop, that is why I got it. Good device and works as expected.

This is a great backup system for home or small business. Their was a power shortage and my computer (which has doesn't have an internal battery) was still on and I did not lose any work.

Years ago I bought an APS battery backup for my computer, now I needed one for another computer

This is the 1st APC Back-ups I have bought, so far haven't loss power yet, so I can't test it out

This is used for my camera system as well as my router, has come in handy several occasions!!
