I bought this to replace the same model after the battery started to fail after a number of years.

After a few sudden power outages caused issues with my receiver and AV equipment. I invested in this gem and have been very pleased. Does the job. Good spacing on the plugs.

Consistently Great! APC seems to just do it right. You can spend less on an 'off-brand', but you never know what you'l get. Been using APC products for years with no issues.

Works well so far at least. I would definitely suggest calculating how large of a system you need.

I simply needed a battery backup for a few electronics in my office. This was the perfect choice.

So I bought this because of a sale but days later the electric went out in the neighborhood for about a half hour and I was able to continue to work without noticing.

Such a great product. Whenever mine gives out buy another one which is between 3 and 5 years. This has been one of my better buys to protect my computer and other items.

I own two of these back-ups and none has given me problems so far. Excellent for your basic home computer and a few other gadgets. I use this mainly to plug my monitor and desktop.

This item does exactly as described, it is a great backup for my small business! We burnt out two and had to buy replace mats. We went with the same model. Got us through a pinch!

Electricity has gone out twice since I bought the APC backup and it has worked well. Both times were for a short period so I can't comment on how long the battery will hold up.

This UPS has already saved me a lot of time from having to run sys checks after power failures; which, unfortunately are common in my area. Would buy again.

It prevents damages to electric equipment, but the battery pack could be better.

Little pricey, if not on sale. Good for basic networking equipment power backup.

UPS works very well considering we may have frequent power outages due to weather.

The UPS works exactly as advertised, and it is easy. You will always have time to save when power is lost so there is no reason to ever lose your work.

When power goes out in the house and you need to charge your phone or just keep your cable modem up so you can see what is going on with your power situation.

These are great to keep your important stuff going in a power outage. Can be pricey given they do need replacing often. However as battery tech gets better so do these.

You won't miss a program you are recording due to a power outage.. Out on the Oregon coast we get short ( 10 sec ) outages during winter storms. The receiver takes over 5 min to reboot itself , with the battery backup no reboot and your shows will be recorded .

I have bought it for intermittent power failures, setup is so easy and they have provided video tutorial as well, so far its working fine, no issues.

As an IT consultant, I've installed these on my customer's PCs for over 20 years. I've rarely had trouble with APC and never had a problem with this particular model.
