Nice Form Factor for a UPS

There are plenty of outlets to plug everything in, and this one can be muted. There a few improvements APC can make: rotate at least one outlet 90 for larger bricks, add a few more USB ports and amp them up at least 2.4A, and put the mounting template back in the box to make it quick, easy and accurate to mount it on the wall. Otherwise you can't beat APC quality.

One good point was the ability to recycle the old equipment thru best Buy locally.

Much improved battery connection

No longer do you have to open the hatch to physically plug in the battery terminal connector. This new design is fantastic. All you need to do it to pull a tab and you're set!
