Q: What replacement battery does the UPS take?
A: The model currently sold is the BVN900M1. This model does NOT have a replaceable battery. This is apparently the case with all the new models of UPS's sold by APC. They no longer have replaceable batteries. So hang onto your old UPS, because when the batteries in the current models die after 3-5 years, you'll just have to throw them away and buy a whole new UPS. Thanks, APC!
A: Turns out this little yellow connector was very difficult to push in. It felt like I was going to break it. I decided to see what happened if I pushed it further. I thought I'd break it, but it actually sank just enough to line up with the feet. So, crisis averted. Not a very intuitive way to set this up, but at least I got it working.
