    I like the middle outlets as well as the side ones. I only gave it a 4 is because I didn’t realize there’s sliding covers you can use to cover the ports and one has already broken off

    My plugs kept coming out of the sockets and thereby causing my equipment to inadvertently shut off. APC did replace unit with another one.
