The router was plugged into the P11U2 APC SurgeArrest and it was not protected. The Surge Arrest itself seems to be ok. Interesting. -Seriously Bummed

Unfortunately my husband burned the box before we tried it, we can only use 3 of the plugs. When we try to plug into the other outlets they won't go in. I could've got one with three plugs for less money.

Apparently though it claims to handle the normal max 15A output of 1875W, it can't even handle ~10% of that. I verified power usage of the few things I had plugged with an UPS and a watt meter. Tried the 2nd one I purchased and same exact thing. The second you plug in a PS4, it claims overload. Really disappointed APC can't handle something this simple.

I had this for three years and it stopped working

I used this in my garage gym for a tv stand I had. I did not have all the outlets used up. I kept it free from dust and debris.

THE PROBLEM HOWEVER IS THE SUCKET BLOCKER OR ADJUSTERS, THEY COMES OUT AND THE PLUGGING IS SOMETHING DIFFICULT, DOES NOT STAY IN LOCKED.

Only 6 of the outlets work.

I see people complaining about this but APC isn’t offering a solution. I nearly broke my desk trying to plug other items into this. Given how expensive this item is, there should be a real solution. Disappointed because I really needed this item and was looking forward to having it.

No matter what angle or how hard I pushed, only 5 of the outlets would let me plug anything in - which completely defeats the purpose of getting a surge protector with 11 outlets. For 2 of those 5 outlets that I am able to plug something in, the plug doesn’t fit all the way. Will be returning this product soon.
