I bought the this certain APC surge suppressor because of all the reviews I read and the APC reputation. I am happy that it has the usb ports and the cord swivels, also the alignment of the outlets is good, some thought was put into that unlike other suppressors.

Does the job. It has protected my equipment during several power surges and a lightening strike near the house that fried the controller board to one of my a/c handlers in the attic. I own four of these and each protected my devices plugged into them.

APC has always been known for making a tight connection. You really need to press hard on the plugs, but my devices are nice and secure. My dogs don’t unplug them, I don’t bump them out, my roomba doesn’t unplug stuff. Its fantastic! The USB ports are okay, but I’m very happy with my purchase!

Wow I’ve had a few power outages and these did exactly what their was suppose to do work greats!! I bought 2 of them.

I was running into the issue with some of the bigger plugs that take up 2-3 spots on a stip. This works great to get around that. Would recommend and no issues with it. Nice with he flat plug for the wall outlet.

I had already bought a surge protector for my TV and DVD but I needed one for our gaming PC. I saw this one on sale in Best Buy and it had good reviews so I bought it and it is working just as good as the other one that I bought which is more expensive. I think it’s an excellent buy.

There are plenty of outlets and USB ports. I use it for my desk which has 2 monitors, 2 laptops, 1 PC, a printer and several other random accessories.

This surge protector is highly rated for good reason. It has a nice lay out for all shapes of plugs and adaptors and has a good number of them. The usb plugs are a nice addition. I feel my equipment is safe from surges with this surge protector

Got it for my wife's sewng room to protect her new sewng machine and provide handy outlets. Machine is happy, spouse is happy... Has all the outlets needed for her sewing endeavors. Room is also grandchild's toy room so having built-in outlet covers is a plus.

excellent - this surge protector works well plugged into an Eaton combination AF/GF Recepticle while most surge protectors trick or cause the AF/GF Recepticles to trip and reverberations on the roku TV Systems even when Ferrite Noise Filters are installed. I would strongly recommend this device. However, I use a Smart TP-Link electronic switching with 4 ethernet lines hooked into various devices rather than the use of splitters. And then I use a different surge protector for the incoming cable line which is on the TV getting the reverberations. I plan on buying a second Best Buys APC Surge Arester 11-Outlet which are not a problem to use with Eaton AF/GF Recepticles. And then I shall also put a lightning/EMP Surge arester into the circuit breaker box since the APC Systems work so great without falsely tripping the circuits. Thanks

Nice quality surge suppressor. We have a couple dozen of these in use and so far none have suffered damage through our frequent power fluctuations. The USB power ports are a handy feature. The only drawback is that the outlets are “tight”—inserting plugs into the outlets can take considerable effort, which can be an issue if you’re crawling under a desk or working at an awkward angle. On the other hand, they’re not likely to come unplugged accidentally.

I bought this model to replace an old power strip I've been using for years that finally died. I like this model for a variety of reasons. 1) I like that it has so many outlets, and I like that they're placed in this configuration. Having them facing out like that with the two farther away toward the edge seems like it will be easier to plug in lots of things without any single item taking up more than one outlet. 2) I like that it has four USB adapters with dust covers. This means I can plug my cables directly into the power strip without needing to use additional wall adapters, which will free up some of the regular power outlets for other things, and the dust covers will keep any unused USB outlets from getting chock-full of dust and debris. 3) I like that it has a flat plug-in where it connects to the wall outlet. It means I can have my furniture right up to the wall without this getting in the way. 4) I like that it's a Bestek product. I've bought their products in the past, and they always work well without a problem.

Surge protection is a must for your valuable electronics. This fills the bill perfectly. It even has USB port charging. My only problem is not with the surge protector, but with so many devices that place the transformer at the plug at odd angles and sizes.

It's a nice surge protector from a good brand. I really do like the way you can manipulate the cord on the protector so you're not stuck with it getting in the way. I'm using this for my powered recliners in the living room and it was easy to hide it underneath you a bit of cable managment. overall very pleased. Value is okay, just know that this goes on sale for steep discounts so you really shouldn't pay MSRP for this if you you're patient.

It's a great surge protector. Lots of well-arranged outlets, available USB power jacks, great build quality. I can't speak to the internal components, but I've been using APC surge protectors for over 20 years and I've never had a hardware failure issue due to power situations with anything plugged into them, which I cannot say as being true for cheapo powerstrips and standard wall outlets I've had things plugged into, so they must do their jobs well enough. And that's kind of the point of these things - when they're doing their jobs, nothing goes wrong and you kinda forget they're there. Believe me when I say that you want to be able to plug your valuable hardware and chargers into a surge protector that will allow you to forget the surge protector is even there. This one; the entire APC lineup, really; will let you do that.

When Comcast came out to fix our service, he suggested that we get a better surge protector. This certainly fits the bill. We have owned it for almost a year, and we have been extremely satisfied. We love all the multiple outlets.

Bought this for my bedroom because of my modest entertainment set up. On the large size but the 11 outlets are a blessing. The rotating cord makes it easy to place any where. All surge protectors should have this feature. The cord is an adequate length also for my needs.

It was a great addition to my room so all appliances (tv, cablebox, etc.) stays one section of the room. It even have the USB section, due to most of my kids loses the charger boxes.

This surge protector is very efficient and keeps many things safe and secure. I also like that it has the usb as part of the surge protector.
