The fact that it has 11 outlets was essential for a home theater application. Having 6 adaptor-spaced outlets makes it easier to deal with the all too commonplace bricks with plug on them. I am very satisfied with it

Having the USB ports is nice too (but who knows if those USB-A type cables will become obsolete in the near future). Docked one star because of the price, but seems pretty durable so hopefully will last longer than the warranty!

In Kansas with all the storms we have you need a surge protector and APC is the best. I purchased it sale and saved 20.00
