Numerous outlets and a couple of USB ports. It works. It is difficult to plug things into the outlets, which is a pain, but I'm pretty sure nothing will come unplugged.

Exactly what I needed for my electronic equipment in my studio. The previous surge protector didn't have the spaced plugs for larger plug heads, so it was a challenge to get everything plugged in. This design takes larger plug heads into account and I've had no issues plugging in all of my equipment without extension chords.
