It can handle block adapters and regular 2 or 3 prong plugs.

The strip type protectors doesn't really accommodate large adapter or plugs. This creates even spaces while minimizing the need for extra surge protectors.

Comes with a decently long power cord, but is not much of a issue as the desk I'm using this for is right by the wall anyways
