    I was initially very disappointed because the screen protector I received had cracks all over it. Unfortunately, I waited too long between receiving it and putting it on my iPad so I was not able to return it to Best Buy. I registered with the manufacturer and got a free replacement (had to pay $7.99 for shipping). The new one arrived quickly and has been great ever since I installed it.

    My wife’s iPad received an unexpected water bath a few days ago. We tried everything to dry it out, but it would not cooperate. So I was glad Best Buy was open and had stock. Given the current coronavirus concern, the iPad is definitely an essential communication device. And AppleCare+ was an easy decision this time around.
