    Easier to see and use for a Senior. Needed to have tech support to set it up and download apps. Initializing use is not user friendly for those of us seniors who are not tech savvy. Printed instructions would definitely be helpful for basic set up...

    Very happy with my purchase. I was concerned about not being able to go into the store and to speak with staff about what I was looking for to upgrade my very old iPad. I didn’t know how I was supposed to transfer all my data/info to the new one but it turned out Apple support was able to walk me thru it, much to my surprise. Everything thus far working great!
