Bought 1 for graduation gift, worked well out of the box, fast!

Pretty good tablets the only thing is the camera it’s not great

Had a 2012 model previously. Huge step up in camera quality and overall design. Definitely recommend for everyone whether it’s a first purchase or an upgrade

I bought this ipad for taking note at schoold and it works as expected. it works well with ipad pencil, smooth and quick. It can be better if it has 120hz screen.

Upgraded from an old iPad mini. For the piece it’s a good deal.

It’s nice to carry less as a college senior and soon moving to an office job. I can use it for multiple things and it’s less bulky items to carry daily

I got this to use for taking online classes. Since I take them at home, the wi-fi only made sense. I also have a wi-fi/cellular model 5. Really like both.

Product comes with almost no information on how to use. Documentation can be downloaded, but not always easy to understand. Most actions are not at all intuitive, and user is often left in doubt as to what to do next. Apple needs to use its resources to provide a good tutorial for new users. Existing tutorials are inadequate and often confusing.

Had great service all questions answered but I don't think that having to pay a service charge on something bought there was right. That should be a free service

I desperately needed an upgrade on my older version of Apple - iPad and this one does not disappoint! Very happy with this latest model and all it has to offer!

It was delivered quickly and we started using it right away. Its biggest use is FaceTime with the family. The picture is sharp and the sound is excellent.
