While I’m usually an Android user, I picked up an iPad because of infrequent updates on Android tablets, and a shorter update support length. Apple devices tend to get updates for about five years, while Android devices receive updates for about two, and on-time updates are a rarity in the Android world. I bought the 128GB model because 32GB is barely enough to cut it if you want to store files on-device instead of streaming and cloud storage. If there was a 64GB model somewhere in between the two prices, I would have bought that. My main gripe is a lack of expandable storage. I would love to have a MicroSD card slot, but then fewer people would buy the bigger model, and Apple would make less money. The company likes to provide a locked-down, hermetically sealed experience which I’m not the biggest fan of, but I’ll put up with it on one of my devices in exchange for longer updates and a generally smoother experience than Android. I knocked off a star because of this, but it’s been standard since the first iPhone was released. Apple fans know what they’re getting.

Purchased this for our 5 in anticipation of distance learning next year. He loves it especially in addition to OSMO learning games.

it has a bigger screen than the old one and it is noticeable. The remaining functionality is the same with some differences in the UI.

My wife has had an iPad for several years, and this replacement iPad has worked extremely well for her. She uses it every day!

As in all things Apple, this Ipad provides excellent performance and seamless integration with all your other Apple devices.

Replacement for my son's old one. He's happy to have a bigger screen etc. Apple ipad has always been a pretty solid product.

This is the third Apple iPad I have owned. Best Buy’s service and free delivery are great, and I even got the tablet ahead of schedule! My first iPad came out before the iPad Air, and it still works! Both iPad upgrades were to increase storage. This upgrade is to a 2019 model. It is still a good computer, with a few quirks. First, the touchscreen doesn’t seem quite as responsive, and I have to press harder to make it work. At times, I will type a “w”, and it will stick, the key will shade itself, and I will have multiple w’s across the screen. Sometimes the keyboard will disappear while I’m typing, and I have to go back to my text to get it back. There is also a problem using emojis on Facebook at times, but this might also be a problem with Facebook. Otherwise, this is behaving like the iPad I fell in love with years ago!

Needed an iPad for an ebook for masters classes on the kindle app. This worked perfect. Battery lasts long and so far it’s been great.

has all the features that my air iPad had at a better price. A little heavier in weight but I’m getting a lot more storage 128GB.

I was contemplating getting this ipad or the new ipad mini. This was the better choice . This ipad has a good size ,and great specs.

Speed great! Screen clear/ easy to see for older customer. Been purchasing cheaper tablets but they didn’t last and memory limited

This is my 2nd iPad. Setting up was as easy as signing in. Fast multitasking and internet searching. Definitely worth the upgrade

I don't think anyone needs me to say that iPad's are great, but they are. For the price for the newer model, it was very reasonable.

Ok so I’m a little behind the times but this is my first iPad and I’m loving it! So far so good, I’m very pleased with my purchase!

First iPad so there is a bit of a learning curb but very user friendly. Very fast and I am enjoying it. Still have a lot to learn.

Everything I wanted in a nice small pad. Great for travel as well as every day use!! Exactly what I was looking for at a great price!!
