My sister-in-law's very old iPad was no longer functional, so for a birthday present we got her this new iPad and a new smart keyboard. She is thrilled with the lighter weight compared to her older machine. She has called us several times to let us know how much she's enjoying the ease-of-use.

My daughter got his for Christmas of 2019. She has had it for over a year and works really great. We got the one with 128gb and she still hasn’t used up all of it. And she has lots of games and videos. She has also used it to do homework and connect to her online class.

This unit allows me too manage all my files on the go. I am able to sync to iCloud Microsoft word exchange in PowerPoint so everything that’s on my desktop is on my iPad. I am also using it to take cereal take pictures in the entrance for them to software that allows me to manipulate the pictures

I got this iPad a couple weeks ago. I’ll be honest: my 8 year old son has used it more than me. It’s fast, it’s simple, it’s prefect for daily general use. My son and I really like it. I’m considering buying another one and letting my son have this one to use for school this fall.

We bought two. I am very heavy into Google and Android, but regrettably the only tablet worth having belongs to Apple. Easy to use, long lasting battery and the best app store. Their last iPad's outlasted the updates so had to upgrade. Try to catch them on sale if you can.

Went away from an iPad for a while to a Surface...not the same. iPad is so much easier to use and much more intuitive. No need to upgrade, just get the basic model, that is all most people need. Absolutely great value, less expensive if you purchase from Best Buy and not the Apple store!

I picked this up for my father in law. He needed bigger storage with bigger screen than his ipad mini. Tranferring his data was very easy and cases were cheap. He has no issues with the speed or the size of the ipad. Overall best value iPad you can buy for kids and grandparents.

I bought this iPad for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. Her first comment was “the rose gold color Is so beautiful.” It was immediately put to use and everything works great. The colors on the screen are beautiful, and the processor works rapidly. Very pleased with this purchase.

This is my first iPad. It’s perfect for all my needs. I have watched movies and some of my TV show’s and lots of videos. I love reading the latest news and researching my favorite interest. Light weight and the 10.2 screen size is great. Absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend it.

I did not need All of the most recent enhancements ( Larger display And max memory) so Purchased this model and For my purposes it works great and saved $$$. iPad Construction/build quality is still Very high. Good enough where my wife also purchased on to upgrade hers as well.

Apple constantly updates their products and this is another step in the right direction. Compared to my old ipad Pro, this thing is much faster, lighter and does everything I need at a fraction the cost. Plus, you can use your old 10.5" ipad Pro case and it will fit this ipad too!

This was a replacement for an older iPad Air whose battery died. Unfortunately, it is quite costly to replace the battery on an iPad which is disappointing. However, the new iPad has increased storage and is definitely faster. We were also able to get it for a very good price at Best Buy.

My daughter needed something easy to do school work so we got her an iPad. It is light weight and easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone homeschooling. I also recommend the Apple care plus. It is nice to have that piece of mind. The customer service at Best Buy is amazing!

I just started medical school and this has been great for taking notes during lecture. It’s the perfect size and gives me another screen to work with. I got the Apple Pencil as well and it’s definitely worth it to be able to download slides and take notes as you go.

I had to replace an aging model, cannot believe the increase in speed. This is my third IPAD, have pretty much owned them since they first came out. Not much larger than the previous model, but did not need to pro size. Great product and could not beat one hundred dollars off on sale.

I like that’s it’s a wide screen. It’s easy to use if u have an iPhone already. Everything can sync together if u want. I only use mine for school work so i don’t utilize the text and FaceTime features. Love this iPad. I want the pen but I’m too cheap to but it. Lol

I have always been an Android user, but I decided to give the iPad a chance. I am so glad I did. I feel that overall it's more user friendly. The battery seems to last longer than my Galaxy pad too. I am very happy with my purchase and will hopefully buy an iPhone soon.

I love this iPad. The screen is beautiful and has a beautiful sharp picture. The battery life is longer than my very old iPad, the new features and response time are great. I have started learning all the new features. I’m thrilled with my new IPad ordered from Best Buy.

The ipads always gets better. I do enjoy the size of this generation of the ipad. I also utilize the sidecar feature which is really nice if you don't have access to an external screen to match with your macbook. The ipad runs smooth and everything works seamlessly
