7Th gen was still perfect for children to use for school. 8Th Gen is already out but no need to upgrade yet. These still work fast enough for kids to use with class work and play their games.

I had an iPad 2 and decided it was time to upgrade to a new iPad because I wasn’t able to download apps or update the software, stream or use AirPods. I decided on this iPad because of the price point and you won’t be disappointed. It works with the Apple Pencil 1st generation so if you want to be creative it is perfect for you. It is so user friendly all of your information syncs between all devices and it has the ability to cast to your TV. A bonus is the free trial Apple Music subscription. Overall I love it’s functionality and it is the most affordable iPad the value is great.

Very easy to use and it links up with all my devices quickly. Apps open and run smoothly, and I can run many concurrently with no bogging down. Movies look great and games are better than on my phone

I bought this to replace my iPad Air2. Big wow! I use it for all the things I used my Air2 for and now can take notes and be creative in so many ways using the Apple Pencil. For the price, this iPad is amazing.

I like the screen and keypad, the perfect size for me. Very accessible if you want to video chat with friends and family. Perfect if u want to listen to music while you clean the house. It does not break easily.

As most all apple products go this hits the mark like all others!! We were looking to replace our old ipad and this is obviously superior in every way. Better resolution, faster processing, and lighter weight!

I replaced an ipad Air with this ipad. This is ipad is slightly bigger and has a keyboard. It runs great and can almost serve as a laptop replacement. It's not quite there, but this device is getting close.

Bought for daughter-in-law for Christmas. She is doing her thesis for college and does a lot of research and taking of photos at museums and archives. She said this is perfect. Plenty of memory and she loves the color.

Bought to use to watch while on my exercise bike. Had a cheap amazon tablet that I didn’t use too much so expected the same with this. Found myself using the iPad so much more it looks great and is very fast.

I love the size and speed of this iPad. My other one was a mini and I prefer the larger one. Fits in hand comfortably. I do wish I had gotten the iPad Air because I think it would have been even faster.

Got a great deal at Best Buy and jumped on it. Great tablet, very responsive and fast. Ample storage and compatiable with Microsoft suite. Lots of valuable accessories from third parties at reasonable prices. Love it.

I’ve replaced my iPad every few years and can’t imagine life without it. Light weight, powerful and fast I do so much on this that I barely use my laptop. I got this for a great door buster price and setup in minutes.

Me and my daughter both Have one and we love it. It’s a portable computer it does everything and the apps on IPad is very useful. It’s not slow. It’s well worth the money. It’s very easy to set up.

It was time, actually past time to make an Ipad upgrade. We opted for the 128gb so as not to worry about running out of memory anytime soon. Transferring data could not be easier if you already have an Apple product. Just place your either your Iphone or Ipad next to the new one, and it happens. Email, photos, apps, etc. Display is crisp. Haven't had the opportunity to try out the camera just yet. The Ipad 7 will work with the original Ipad pencil as well. The iPad 7 isn’t the most powerful iPad, and it isn’t rocking all of the latest bells and whistles that you’ll find supported on the top of the line Pro models. But dollar for dollar, it’s arguably the most value-laden product in Apple’s entire device lineup

I replaced my old iPad with this model and am very happy. It does everything I want it to and is lighter and faster than my old one!! And Apple makes the change over so easy!! What else could you ask for??

Definitely a great upgrade from the iPad Mini I had had for 7 years!! I like the larger screen much better, and am perfectly fine with getting last year’s model. Glad I timed it when it was an extra $50 off

Much faster and less glitchy than my Air 2, battery lasts longer, no longer have trouble finding nearby networks. I know people said it’s not worth the upgrade if you have an Air 2 but it was totally worth it to me.

Lots of functional memory and speed lets me do almost everything that my computer can do. Replaced my older IPad with only 16 gb of memory. With 128 gb of memory it is a huge step up for me on a tablet.
