This is my first iPad and the set up was very easy. The operating system takes you step by step through the process. Having an iPhone I was concerned if my existing apps, contacts, etc. would be shared to the iPad. Everything went very smoothly. Even if you are not tech savvy, you have nothing to worry about.

She absolute loves the iPad for keeping up with news, COVID-19 updates, texting, FaceTime, games etc on a bigger screen for improved readability, excellent quality photos and its portability and light weight. I’m so glad she has an iPad during these trying times

This was for my 17-year-old daughter who is in early college. She got it for her first year at UNC-W, and she absolutely loved it. She was impressed by the different options she had had doing multiple things at one time. She hasn't complained once about it. So I give it a 5-star thumbs up.

Pro is nicer but this does the job and saves $100s.

My wife only uses the tablet for surfing, media viewing and social networking. Any more of an iPad would be a waste of money. I like that it has finger ID instead of Face ID which is a pain in the butt for tablet viewing since you don’t view it like you would do a phone. Purchased it on sale was a bonus!

This computer s everything we need. however the letters and numbers are a bit hard to see. If they were in a different color like black or blue it would be better !

I love my new ipad. This is actually my first ipad. Ive always been so cheap with buying one for me. I have purchased in the last for my kids. But i love love love it. Takes the strain off of my eyes doing everything on my smartphone.

I can’t believe how helpful Best Buy was with the purchase and setup of my IPad. There were a few kinks in settling up the IPad and they very patiently (And with a smile on their face) worked them all out. Everyone from the geek squad to the tech manager went way beyond what I expected them to do.

Despite being the cheapest iPad - it oozes quality (vs some of the Android tablets I had). This was perfect for watching streaming shows/movies etc. I also used it for web browsing. Finally - great for reading books. Recommend it for ease of use, slick interface and great screen

I wanted an Ipad for playing some of my games and for checking email's instead of using my laptop. The price was good and for what I needed it was well worth it.

I haven't owned an iPad yet. I decided on getting this iPad because my daughter's owned a mini for 6 years and it was just starting to slow down and fill up the memory. I am very pleased how the grafics are and allot capabilities. It's a great upgrade from my very old tablet that went bad in 1 year.

For the price, it is the best iPad you can get and with the Apple pencil it works great as well. Perfect for taking notes in classes and reading books as well.
