Not intuitive to set up and was locked out for weeks before I could get help in restoring a brand-new iPad. Now that all has been properly set up, it is fun to use.

I needed a device so my son could complete his classes online this spring. This was more then what I could ask for, it did exactly what we needed it to do... the price was great and the shipping was very fast! Now that school is over I’ve been using the tablet myself and love it .. very pleased!!!

I love the look of the new Ipad, it has a bigger screen than my old Ipad Air. It is simple to set up and that is why I like Apple products. However, it took me 5 hours to completely charge the Ipad. I charged it again on the next day, and it still took 5 hours to be 100% charged. I had to turn off notifications and other battery draining setting so that the battery can last for the whole day. I hate waiting for the Ipad to charge so I hope that Apple will make products that charge faster.

I got this for my 12 year old and so far he has not complained, he mostly uses it for YouTube and to download games. No problems at all good quality and good price .

Price was good, bought it for my kid and he literally love it. It works great, fast and since we all are apple users, it was easy enough to set up, highly recommended.

I researched and compared all of the new ipads and I chose this ipad (choose 128G) because the 38G would not be sufficient. I save lots of projects/drawings and I still have storage available. Also purchased the ipad pencil, 1st generation. Both paired, works great & would defiantly recommend.

My wife had the iPad Pro and I wanted it so we went to bestbuy to buy the iPad mini but she changed her mind when she found out this one was cheaper. We purchased it used and the only reason it was marked down so cheap was the box didn’t look new other then that it was if we purchased a brand new.

Bought this as an educational tablet for my sons school work. Amazing quality as always from Apple. Can you find a better product to fit your needs? Of course. My family runs Apple products so the integration and child restrictions were a breeze. I will continue to purchase Apple for this reason.

I knew what I wanted when I went into the store. The clerk was right on with what I needed. Everyone in the store had masks on, I was impressed with that.

Really nice. I had an iPhone for a for a couple of years and used an android tablet. Everything sync from my iPhone and setup was quick. Battery life is good.

Nice to have a new device that supports my favorite game apps. My only complaint is not having that "in my hands" reference book and having to look up every question on Google. I don't get along well with Siri....as her suggestions close out before I can choose which one I will use.

It like big iPhone. Play bird game to kill pig. Internet has google for search. Sometime can watch naughty movie of love making woman and woman. Please buy if you like technology and fun game to play and movie watch.

It is what you'd expect. An iPad. Does it's job well. I bought it for Garageband so I could do some recording while things are locked down for Covid. The thing is super solid as you would expect. For Garageband recording, it does the job I need it to do as well as I hoped it would!

I purchased it as a gift for an occasion on April 15th, and ordered it the night of April 13th. The delivery expectance was supposed to be 3-5 days, but it arrived on the 15th. Overall rating, EXCELLENT! I will surely buy again for my daughter and recommend it for my daughter’s friends.

I switched from a kindle fire and am really pleased with how much easier the apps are to download. I bought this iPad online and picked it up at the store. It was right after thanksgiving weekend and although there were quite a few people picking up articles, the process went quickly and smoothly.

This was purchased as a gift for my 13 y.o. grandson! I am not the one using the item but I have heard from the recipient of the gift that it is a wonderful ipad...mostly used for watching movies and researching homework assignments. Best Buy had the best price and a usual the greatest service.

Apple is always good. But this was a good product at a great price (Black Friday sale) for a starter iPad. Wish it had one of the newer processor chips. Only downfall

I own many iPads and have to buy them again every few years. I love the iPads. I just wish apple wouldn’t make products a few years old unupdatable. It becomes a very expensive paper weight once deemed obsolete; not to mention the carbon footprints left by their greed.

Simpler model not as fancy but does everything needed . One os several iPads we have and this one isolated fro a specific use with photos and data WIFI is good but we isolate off line which allows it to not sendup with all of the tracking nonsense. Uses WIFI great the limited times we connect it.
