I bought this for my parents for xmas. And now that is has been over 6 months and has had some use on it, it has held up well and no issues with it at all. It was a good deal when I bought it 9 months ago on sale for xmas and I would surely buy again and recommend it

I have only used iPads for the past ten years. I bought two one for my husband and this one for me. It works great. Keyboard is quick and it has plenty of storage space with a better quality camera then my last one.

A Christmas present that brought us Christmas harmony. The 7 yo has an iPad Air. They both love their idevices. The only complaint so far is generally the same as with all Apple devices switching. It takes far too much effort & time to switch from, in our case, an iPhone 7 to an iPad.

Purchased this ipad to replace an older LG model that stopped working. The ipad works well and connects seamlessly with other Apple devices. Sometimes that can be a real nuisance though. Shop around for the best price. Got mine at Best Buy. The Apple store wouldn't match the price!

The new iPad works great. This model works with the digital pen and makes drawing and sketching almost like the real thing. The difference is that you can erase mistakes on the iPad. But the feel is quite realistic.

My daughter loves this iPad over the mini 4 we just replaced. She loves the drawing apps and games available. We got her the Apple Pencil which works flawlessly with this IPad.

Works great to display photos and screen quality is good. Very happy with purchase I like apple. I just buy whatever they release.

My first Apple purchase,wanted to try before but didn't want to pay big price for Apple products. When this ipad came out with a great sale price and BB Rewards I purchased it. I love it!! The Retina display is much better than the screen on Samsung Tablet I had previously used.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. Just remember when you buy a Apple product from best buy with the warranty it best to take it to the Apple store if something happens. My wife cracked her screen and it was replaced in 3 days when she took it to the store.

I got this for my 8 year old daughter for Christmas. I know shes going to love it. We have the model before this one that my son uses. We have never had a problem with it. Cannot wait til she opens it Christmas morning.

I use it for doing work online a little slower than laptop but pays up with portability and reliability. I could but a key board and mouse and would make work simpler but as it is very good. I wouldn’t doubt when it comes to apple products they are better than competition.

My first iPad. Camera and picture quality is excellent. I used it for a business survey project and it saved me a great amount of time with photos, notes and files all on an easily portable device. Very happy with this device.

Bought this “family” ipad primarily for my wife and 11 year old. Much more convenient than pulling out laptops, especially if just to view videos or playing some games. However I like paying bills / shopping on line on it vs laptop / or phone. Great Screen, and very responsive.

We initially went with an android tablet for our father but we had too many issues related to security and usability. We returned it and purchased an iPad instead, he has found it much easier to use and security is much better than that found in android.

We have been a Mac family forever. My husband had tried using a kindle of the same size, etc but continued having issues with it. So, I finally broke down and got him a new iPad for our anniversary. It’s been fantastic and no problems. Although, not surprised by that!

Purchased this iPad for my 80 year old mother in Detroit, ordered from out of state with a new cover. Device arrived within the week and she is up and doing her zoom family meetings with ease. Very happy with the purchase experience and she is happy with her device

Great take and go so my MAC never leaves home. Lots of extra features that will make my "kids messenger" facetime experiences even better. Playing competitive games with my grandkids while we're miles apart is awesome. Keyboard great asset for keeping up with work.

I bought this for video calling and almost using it throughout the day however it never heats up and I am always happy with the Apple device on battery performance! This is not the latest model with FHD or 4K equivalent but works perfectly for home and know kids!

I have tried multiple tablets and nothing is comparable to Apple.... I still have the very first iPad Mini and finally decided to upgrade after they stopped updating the software. I didn’t realize what I was missing until I used this for the first time. Speechless!

I got this to replace my ancient 1st generation Ipad Mini that I'd had for over 10 years, I love the fingerprint scanner. It handles Zoom much better than the old Mini. I'm still getting used to the size of it and all the new features but I think I like it!
