This review is for an item that was returned. This purchase was to replace an older Apple IPAD that would not support IOS 11 that prevented the use of certain APPs as they no longer supported older versions. The product was returned as my spouse decided to go to a PC with similar capabilities but can do much more due to the urging of her daughter. Thee was nothing wrong with the product or its capabilities other than my spouse decided to go a different direction other than Apple. She has been happy with her prior Apple device, btu had become out-dated.

With the scanner app, notability, and a pdf reader this replaces any laptop and notebooks you'd use for school. From what I can see there's no need for an iPad pro so I recommend buying this soon, especially on sale. The best part is it still has a headphone jack

This iPad is a very useful piece of technology, I was searching for an upgrade for a while and when I bought this and started using it I could tell how much better this one was. This iPad has been very useful to me and will continue to be useful to me for a long time.

Although I have used computers, iPads, and IPhones for many years, I do not keep up with the very latest in updated tech. Therefore, it was nice to find a positive, informative sales rep who could recommend exactly the iPad I needed for the most economical type that I needed.

Needed to replace an older iPad and this fit the bill. I don't need anything fancy, not a gamer, just wanted an iPad to use while on the go. Immediately bought a case and glass protective screen to help ensure screen stays scratch free and protected if dropped.

We bought this for our last child who needed an upgrade from Ipad-4. Features have really increased but maybe not as much as the Air models. It should last him several years and hopefully help at college. Added the Targus case that BB sells to help protect our investment.

Great tool. Needs decent internet connection to perform at its maximum. Larger screen which resembles IPAD air however lower image quality.

We use this more for our daughter but it has come in handy for a number of different things. Nice to take a long places to watch movies etc.

Well it’s an iPad...need I say more? I updated from my old iPad...first generation...still working just not up to date. Didn’t get the color I wanted but at $100 off who cares. Love love love it and use it all day. If you’ve never tried one you’re missing out!

I am 83 years and I have not learned all it will do. I have a problem with that it is unlikely many people have, so it should not be considered a negative; I have neuropathy in my hands, and the IPad is very thin and slippery, so I have trouble holding on to it. I very much enjoyed using my old one and have worn it out. I expect to love the new one when I get used to it, figure out how to hold on to it, and find an abbreviated operator's guide that I can print. Any suggestions you can give me will be appreciated!

Needed a device for new WFH option; Added a keyboard and now have lightweight and convenient device to use while traveling and working remotely

I am almost certain I received a refurbished item instead of new. Part of the aluminum frame where it connects to the class has a very sharp edge. But I’m given I had a case and needed it for all of the apps for our new born baby as a stand alone I cases it up and didn’t even bother with the hassle of an exchange. I am sure Best Buy would of done something to fix this because mistakes and items are damaged at times but just don’t think this is something you should have to deal with as a NEW item. But it works and I needed it.

Great pad and cheap. Apple still leads when it comes to tablets. I've hated that apple hasn't provided their tablets with enough drive space but hard drives are getting faster with larger space and cheaper. Don't think I'll ever fill up a 128gb iPad....

I am very happy with my recent Best Buy purchase of my Apple I Pad!! Everything is in tip top shape working order! I am ecstatic about the timeliness of the delivery. It only took a couple of days to arrive.

I had a 5 gen that I left on a plane. A few weeks went by and I had to buy another. It's become my go to for so many things but not least of all air travel. I no longer pull out of a bulkie laptop for entertaining myself during air travel (which I do frequently.).

Nice upgrade from my 2013 model iPad... can’t speak to the year over year improvements, but I have been using for streaming, downloaded movies on amazon prime app, general web browsing, etc and have had no issues.

Help!!! Not for beginners to integrate with laptop printer WiFi! Had to go to techno gururo for help! I an 61 years old, did not grow up with technology just watched grow!!! Do I need to explain more? Or do I need to add graphics charts etc!!!! Respectful Barry Schwab

I had problems with the first one but I was allowed to return it and they ordered another one to ship to my house. No problems now.
