I have loved apple for a long time and have an iphone, mac, and apple watch and was looking for something to be more portable. This was perfect! It has everything I need plus connects to all my other devices with ease!

I am an iOS musician and this iPad is nice but didn't really have the power I needed to run as many instances of AUv3 apps as I would like. I upgraded from an Air 2 and this one seemed slightly better in some cases yet a little slower in others. If you're just using this as a browsing tablet and for light use, I'm sure it's just fine. I plan to upgrade to an Air 3 instead.

I love Best Buy! I have been shopping with them for years and have never been disappointed. My latest purchase was a Samsung Note 20 Ultra phone and Apple Ipad. The customer service I received was awesome as usual.

Just started working on it it seems very good I still haven’t gotten to all the things that he can do I had a little bit of difficulty doing certain things on this tablet but other than that I think it’s a very good cat tablet

You know what this is and what it does. Typical Apple product quality - it was packaged well and everything worked as expected from a hardware perspective. Also as expected, using iTunes to move from the old tablet to the new one was incredibly frustrating. It eventually worked, but it is never as easy as it should be. What Apple gets right, they get right. What they get wrong, is horribly wrong (two-factor authentication, passwords, iTunes remembering non-existent devices, etc.)

I bought the iPad to ease sharing my process with my colleagues when working remote and it’s been great. Learning something new everyday, excited for the new OS and how it will enhance the note taking experience even more.

I am thoroughly enjoying my new iPad. Absolutely love the finger touch so I don’t have to constantly use passwords. So easy to transfer everything from my much older Ipad My only regret is that I waited so long to purchase this!

I loved my iPad right up until it had a hardware issue. Good thing I purchased AppleCare and this happened before my 2 years were up. Apple is going to replace my iPad which I think is great. The iPad itself I would rate at a 5 but the reason I’m rating it at a 4 is because I don’t think I should have had this problem after 18 months to begin with. Just be sure to get AppleCare when it’s available for your Apple devices.

I've had this iPad for just a few weeks but I love it. It arrived brand new in original packaging with all the standard accessories. I bought this for my daughter who is starting college this year. I would recommend it.

Bought this due to the coronavirus. Works great. This model went on sale a week after I bought it so that sucked.

No problems so far Battery seems to hold up well. Hope that Apple will support this for a long time

Man, having to buy a new iPad at Christmas after buying all the presents really stinks. Kids, if you're reading this, there is no Santa. Just mom and dad and a credit card. Anyway, pretty standard bit of tech here. It works.

My kids used this all throughout school over the last year... it has been a game changer at times when the older laptops the school have us didn't work they could still do their remote learning.

I have always been an Apple fan. Best Buy provided the best price for this model - even cheaper than from the Apple store. Anyone who wants to buy Apple products, I urge them to check prices elsewhere like Best Buy before buying.

I got this iPad for myself for an incredible black Friday buy of $329 / 128GB however after using it for a week i took it back and exchanged it for the iPad Pro better Chip and display at a minimum black Friday price... very happy now Great entry level iPad

Can't believe this iPad is cheaper than the Mini. Great value for what you get (at least from an Apple perspective).

My old iPad decided to not work properly but I love the accessibility of it! I was able to upgrade and update what I had. So thankful you were open during the pandemic and was so organized! Super easy shopping! Perfect!

Has a bigger screen to use more than your iPhone. The screen is easier to use in your iPhone when you’re traveling

I use it for school with the Apple Pencil to write notes with it works perfect. I have to buy the apps separately but much cheaper than getting the pro if that’s what I’m mainly use it for. Love the image quality too.
