    This is my 3rd IPAD really enjoyed using it. The ordering process by the Best Buy rep was performed adequately, but the delivery process was time consuming

    This new IPAD does not seem to be as efficient or as fast as my IPAD that I purchased in Jan 2019. Seems to have a problem with crashing a lot.

    This was on sale for Father’s Day. I got for husband. Had to exchange for one with cellular data to use away from home. It worked well on wi-fi.

    came with no owners manual, how to get started, warranty paper, no nothing so we were on our own...having a hard time finding a case that fits it....
