The way these iPads are rated, you would think they make breakfast! Well...not so. The thing is s-l-o-w. Holy moly is it slow! It's not loaded up with apps; only the necessities for kids' schoolwork and a few "fun" kids apps. Have to admit Facetime is WAY better (and cooler) than Skype. Much better quality picture, etc. Because we are all stuck inside, I have allowed the kiddos to go on Facetime with classmates a little more. Yesterday, my daughter's iPad starts acting up (other than being slow). No one can hear her. So, I do a forced restart, reset, you name it! That worked. Until the next day when I had to repeat this cycle 2-3 times again. No Geek Squad (during COVID-19) to check it :( I would try to replace it, but daughter needs it for school. Less than a month of having this thing and already pretty disappointed. Not worth that kind of money.

Initially I could not get the help I needed from Best Buy setting up my new iPad but after a phone call with Apple and a second appt with Best Buy I am finally on my way, just a few more things to work out. My thanks to the manager Gerard. He made up for the lack of assistance I had gotten previously.

This is a good product except there are apps not available for this version!

Purchased this to replace 8 year old IPad. Works great with no issues.

Don’t know if I’ll like this or not. Haven’t used except for playing games since false advertising came with this product. The free Webroot antivirus software advertised will not download. Even the Geek squad was unable to download it when I took it into the store. Will not put any of my personal info, such as banking or credit card, on this since it will not be secure, which is what I bought it in the first place. Disappointed and sorry I bought this. Should have stayed with my Samsung Galaxy.
