    I was very surprised how the entire package looked when it arrived. The brown tape did not show a drop of moisture only the sides held. The inside did have only small piece of bubble wrap. Therefore I have no idea as to actual condition of the iPad. The overall label was torn down the middle.

    I was unsuccessful in getting the Microsoft software and I was also supposed to receive Apple TV for free and Apple Music for free... I gave up trying to download Microsoft its very difficult even though I received an email from you saying it was ready for download but it didn’t download...
