    Bought this as a Christmas present for my sister. Looks pretty. I set up an Apple Id to use with it. Have the emails from apple saying it's been verified. The access code wasn't what I thought it was so can't log in with that. The apple ID doesn't show up as a valid apple ID so can't log in with that. So it's now a pretty object thats unusable. I tried doing a factory reset on it and that was partially successful (cleared everything but the access code and the apple id/ Took it to the apple store to have them do it (which is what the apple website says to do and they said oh yeah, we can reset it, but we won't because the online receipt from best buy doesn't have the serial number on it. Hey also tried to reset the password for the apple id I set it up with but was unsuccessful as the apple id reports as invalid (showed him the emails I got from apple too indicating it was activated).

    Tried chat session this morning, was told at least 24 hour wait time. I asked if they would call me back tomorrow when my turn. I was told no. I have to call back tomorrow morning and start process all over again. I could have gone on AMAZON had I known the geek squad service issue.

    In trying to remove and transfer my old ipad to my husband and introduce my new ipad really mess up my apple account and iphone setting. There got to be a straight forward way to do this with corrupting my other sync devices. Still trying to sort it out. Otherwise the hardware is fine.
