During set up screen went dark then it came back up and asked for a password but I never got to put password in. I called apple they set me appt with Best Buy. Went to geek squad and try twice to erase but with no success. They couldn't unlock. Was told to travel to a Apple Store over one hour away. aI asked for a manager and she helped get unlocked. Then I returned. I did not want to go back thru that again.

Go online they say. Well if you can't use tablet you can't get online. I think I like my DROID better. Expensive not useable tablet. No back to previous page. How about a class?
