Works like an Ipad should I guess. Bought to run Game Changer for our travel team. Has a tendency to overheat and shut down half way through a game. Have to be mindful and make sure that i try to keep it cool to last a complete game...

I needed one of these for work. While the performance is fine.......I'm an avid android user. This things operating system is like pulling teeth if you arent used to apple. There are cheaper options out there for what I needed.

I am a windows person. Wanted to try the apple, but the extras required, ie: protective cover etc. made the cost too high. Returned for a entry pad. Hope it works out. The balance of the review is just to submit. Has no real meaning.

I've had iPads since the very first one. This is the first one I'm disappointed in. Apps freeze and crash all the time unless I restart the iPad. Not Apple's best product. If I could afford it I would try the air or Pro.

After 51/2 years I decided to change my Ipad Air 2. To tell the truth, not a big deal but for the price. The weight is notably more and also the thickness compared to the Ipad Air 2. In summary, nothing out of this world

I want to love this iPad but it’s up in the air. The features are cool and my LO likes it but the battery does not last at all... maybe mine is effective and I should bring it in to be checked, is Geek Squad open yet??

I don't know why the sound is so low when I use Zoom, Skype and Wechat to have meetings or chat with friends. In fact I returned one and bought another, it still exists. Hopefully, Apple can solve this problem someday.

Love the camera quality on this Ipad. Gen 7 is good but apple still needs to improve the battery. It really depends on what app you use as to how long the battery duration is. For the price its an average value.

I live on Guam and my package still isn't here after a whole month after purchasing. Im sure that the tablet would be good, it's just that shipping takes too long.

It dies even when plugged in when the battery is 15% or lower it takes so long to charge. It freezes up. Was going to return it but wasn’t able to make it to Best Buy before the return date cutoff time

Charger died and I had to go to Best Buy and wait and wait for them to figure that out. The IPad itself is fantastic, but I did not like wasting my time because no one checked the charger before sent

Bought it mainly for all the Zoom meetings but it didn’t serve the purpose because battery drained quickly and took a long time to recharge and therefore had to return it. Otherwise, iPads are fun!

I purchased this right before the next ipad came out. The sales rep didn't stop me, and didn't provide me with good advice. He should've convinced me to wait. The product works good though.

Until it got stuck trying to load an update and is now a light paperweight. I hate spending money on technology and will admit quick shipping during COVID-19 is appreciated along with 0% financing.

Wanted to upgrade iPad...felt we were wasting the time of our salesperson...should have purchased elsewhere and considered returning due to poor service in sales. Hope he doesn't make commission!

When does latest model mean but still not the NEWest . I recommend one to not waste their money on an extremely outdated model in every sense of the word and hunt for a deal on the IPAD pro.

Received the I-pad and after a few weeks the headphone jack did not work. I sent it following the return instructions and received no email response or service id to check my order. I contacted the chat help through the site and after an hour of waiting they told me to call a customer service number that they were not able to assist. I called the customer service number another hour long wait and i kept telling the customer service rep that i wanted an exchange as stated previously with the chat technician, she didnt understand and put me on hold and hung up on me, didnt even bother to call me back. This will be the last time i buy something from Best Buy. I still haven't received a replacement I-pad or haven't been re-imbursed for my purchase. There needs to be in easier process of going through all of this.

Cannot download Trend Micro. Pop up says “not available in your country or region”. Strange, I live in San Diego CA. Sent 3 emails to Best Buy without response. Very frustrating.

I received my new iPad on schedule(great job) I previously received a email stating that the web root security app was available and ready to be downloaded. Unfortunately when I attempted to download it; There was a message On the download screen which stated this product cannot be downloaded to this device. I find this very frustrating since I can’t find a phone number to call and I can’t go into the store because of the virus log down in Kentucky. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I like this iPad, but wish I had spent the extra $$$ for a larger and more powerful unit. If a trade-in were available. I think I would opt for that.
