If you enjoy apple products, this works for you. Apple products are always overpriced and typically last slightly longer than their windows counterparts.

I was surprised when I started using this “new” IPAD because the battery life is only 5-6 hrs. This is the first product that I have purchased from a “ Vendor” selling Apple products. This is my 4th IPAD in 8 years. All the products that I have purchased from Apple have a 10-12 hr. battery life when new. I am inquiring if anyone else has had this issue? Is Apple allowing vendors to sell an inferior product at a discount since their stores are not open?

I would not recommend this iPad to anyone. I have owned three previous models including an iPad Air which was much superior to this thing. This model would not pick up wifi while my MacBook Air and iPhone had absolutely no problems. This thing is going back to the store as soon as possible. I rarely leave a review but felt like I needed to to warn others about this inferior product. I think that Apple has plummeted in quality since Steve Jobs' death. How sad, as it was always a great and innovative company. I hope that others will heed my warning about purchasing this product. I do not know what the new iPad Air models are like. Hopefully they are better.

Good Ipad product! It doesn’t have a battery save mode so I found it to suck up the battery too fast. I returned it and decided to just use my Mac.

I bought this to stream shows to my tv but i guess it was a old version and it didnt support most apps. I ended up returning it

Very disappointed in battery life, not sure if i got a bad one or this is normal. Had an older one that got more life out of the battery.

Disappointed in this unit as it died suddenly while using, and of course 3 months after warranty expired. Apple unable to help me dtermine casue otehr than "dead". Geek Squad offerred to diagnose for cost of a new one. Not sure if it was a "bad unit" as the other one bought for other family member contines to work. Will wait until 2021 models come come before I consider replacing.

Nice to have 128gb storage instead of 32, but still not a fan of apple products in general

Product is good. At 14 days though, Best Buy itself has one of the shortest return windows in the retail industry so beware!

My iPad is great as is the keyboard, screen protector and iPencil. The salesman talked me into opening a Best Buy Credit Card account by telling me that it came with a 10% discount on first day purchases. Best Buy has refused to stand behind his false promise. In reality, they give a gift card in the area of 10%. I paid within 30days but no discount. I closed the credit card account.

Function not as smooth as my older iPad, display not as good. Hope I get use to it soon, but needed newer operating system

My fault. Too many new gadgets; I did not write down password, and now I am blocked from learning how to use my new I pad!

Get kicked out a lot, and it won’t load spectrum Some sites are not compatible with Apple, like pch.

Great customer service but the iPad is defective. We have had constant problems with this iPad since buying it and we will probably have to return it. How long does the Ipad takes to charge. I just bought one and mine took about 6 hours to fully charge. Is it normal?

The graphics are nice and crips. Its smaller this the last generation and its kind of glitchy at times. The price is right

I don’t like the fact the touch screen is not very easy. It seem I have to click on the iPad too many times.

The new iPad is faster than my old one and has more functionality. I'm thankful that Alex came and set it up from the back up of my old one. I didn't have a keyboard before so am very pleased with it. Also pleased with Best Buy service in general and specifically with Geek Squad service.
