    Bought this iPad, brought it home. Ran the battery down to 5%, plugged it in and it took over 4 1/2 hours to charge.. Ridiculous, right? Brought it back to Best Buy, they replaced it with the same model, brought this one home, same result! Took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy, and they ran all of the diagnostics, still could find nothing! They did agree that the iPad was taking an abnormal amount of time to charge.. I returned the second iPad and bought the Mini latest model, which I’m very happy with!

    My iPad4 is more responsive than this iPad 7th gen. Apple has stopped updating the sw update for my old iPad 4 for several years now so I chose this iPad 7th gen to replace my old iPad. Very slow, I have to put my finger on finger scaner for 1-2 second to unlock the iPad. If it hasn't passed 15 day return period, I would have returned it.

    We received the item and it work but had these lines that appeared on the screen. When I went to exchange it, they only had an open box in the store. They wanted to sell it to me at a higher price than I paid for a brand new one.

    The Ipad was totally disappointing. The construction felt flimsey and it was slower than my old nook. The operating systems was clunky and not intuitive at all.
