Bit slow to start up and to get started when you first get it

Best Buy sells this latest generation ipad with its latest generation pencil that does not work with the ipad. The two items are useless together. The only reason for buying the new ipad was to use it for art with the new pencil. Best Buy then refuses to let you speak with a human. After hours on the phone trying to get through a very dumb computer, the computer finallyy gives you the option of a call back. But when Best Buy calls back over an hour later, it is only another computer that leaves a message and does not talk or even rings your phone. So you do it again and again. Finally you figure it out. Best Buy does not give one iota about you or your business. Best Buy only cares about charging your credit card for merchandise that does not work.

The iPad keeps shutting down on its own for no reason.

This ipad has been extremely slow to load anything from the very start. Web pages take about a minute each to load, even with a really strong, fast wifi connection. There are no updates available and I have tried completely resetting it to no avail.

I believe I got a lemon. The touch screen has worn out rather quickly. I honestly thought I wouldn’t need the additional coverage. Unfortunately, COVID-19 halted the customer service. So I never got any assistance shortly after my purchase.

I bought this iPad on Feb. 9, 2020. Since Best Buy only allows returns for a 2 week period I now have to deal with Apple. Even though I have Display Brightness AUTO turned off the brightness will change randomly with no logic at all. Sometimes it changes to the BRIGHTEST setting and other times to the DIMMEST setting. Again, it should NOT change at all since I have that "feature" turned off. Also after using an APP for 10 minutes or so that APP will just LOCK UP and FREEZE. I then have to close the APP and re-open it. I must say I am very disappointed with this iPad. For the money it is a piece of crap.

This ine came in defective with a line down the screen. The silver one we have has a great picture and good battery life.

The package should have worked as a whole. The I pad should have been paired with a a key board that paired with a cover. They didn't. I was charged almost $700.00 for a $549.00 purchase. Spent 2 hours on the phone waiting on hold . Was disconnected 4 times and had to start the process all over again. Wound up bringing 2 pieces back and trading it out for another piece. So a package that was supposed to be $549.00 plus tax has cost me over $650.00. Keep the points. I won't be back unless any of these items fail. I was warned not to go to Best Buy. Next time, no warning necessary.

It’s been 1 year and 2 months since I purchased my iPad. Never had any major falls and it just stopped working one day. Took it to a repair store and they said the software malfunctioned and there’s no way to fix it. Paid over $400 for a year’s worth of an iPad and conveniently barely out of the 1 year warranty. The guy at the Apple store told me to just buy a new one! Really?! So sad. Apple products need better quality control!

great device when it actually has enough battery to run... arrived with charging problem. Takes hours Nd hours to charge, never to 100% and depletes quickly.

Glad I got this iPad when I did. Quarantine has made Zooming a daily thing and this iPad is quick and efficient.

Arrived 4/17. Delivery was good. Went to 4th dimension to send the broken mini pad stuff tothe new iPad. The security feature that was included turned out to be very hard to download. After several tries and after contacting the phone number help service, I finally gave up...If there is someone who would again help with it , I could try again but I was so irritated that I took it off my iPad. So then we would have to find the security thing again....
