wanted a new tablet and thought apple was supposed to be better than less expensive tablet .WRONG!!! got confused trying to set up and it locked up. called apple support twice for help but no help they sent hard to understand instructions to reset. needless to say I wanted to return it to best buy but because of covid 19 they would not help until 3rd trip a young lady said she would help . returned for credit and will NOT buy any apple product again!!!

Brand new and won’t even boot up. Tried to do hard reset with Mac computer and nothing works. So disappointed as this was s gift.

considering the price, really low resolution. The screen is only black and white, but the night vision mode works well

Apple iPad only lasted less than two years so disappointed and apple could not fix it

Not as good as it's full OS competitor or it's android alternative, but if you want a tablet to watch videos in high quality and you need to have an apple, then you might as well get it. It works well at first but slows down after a couple of months like the rest of the devices offered by Apple.

This tablet does not hold a charge for more than 4 hours. I do know if I would recommend this ipad.

This is one of the best investment you make. Very easy to use and extremely smooth. I have been using this one for more than 3 years and still giving me the same performance as if its purchased new.

Screen went black and it would not reboot. Until that point I was enjoying the device. Sadly returned it

It does what it's supposed to do but it has a slight bend to it and the screen cracks easily.

This iPad does not charge well. Initially i charged it up at home and it would never reach 100%. so i took it to work thinking, it could charge fully with no interruptions (away from the kids) After 8 hrs plugged in it only reached 67%. Furthermore, you cant even use it while charging because it will go dead. I'm very disappointed. for this price i expect better.

Not sure if it’s this iPad itself or all for this model, but the battery is horrible. It takes FOREVER to charge and drains in less than half a day. I’ve had iPads in the past and the batteries have been great, maybe I just got a lemon. I am returning this item for this reason.

I’m surprised that Best Buy is already getting a review for item that i haven’t received yet. It is more than a month already and my item is not even on its way yet. The order status which is “shipped” had been there for a month and there’s no progress yet. Purchase date is May 14 and it’s now June 13. What happen to my order?

wife likes larger pad but a little heavy with cover

The IPad I enjoy, the cover didn’t fit. On that day Ibalso purchased two TV’s, mounting and all kinds of stuff. Being new to the area, and having no other choices, I figured th is would be easy. The installation process and delivery was deplorable, I cancelled the order after 3 trips to the store. I will never do business there again.

It took forever to ship. I would not recommend shopping for Apple products here.

I took my Ipad in to Best Buy, Terre Haute In. to ask how to get wifi on it. The young lady at the counter told me I had bought one without that capability. As you can see the Ipad I had bought was one which can have wifi !!!! In fact she told me it would cost extra to get one which has wifi !!!!

Very amazing been 4 years of amazing use good life on battery and never let me down
