not user friendly hard to change screens needs to comr with manual

I was told by a Best Buy employee from closest store that the model I purchased had WiFi and cell. When my husband got it for his Christmas gift he said it did not have cellular capabilities. I’m Not happy. Not useable for his purposes. Any advice? Can I exchange for correct model?

I have a first generation iPad Pro and I thought this model would be near the same level as that older iPad Pro. Nope. I was wrong. Just cheap. It does not have True Tone which is one of my favorite features. Like why. Typical apple. But if you want a cheap iPad this is it.

Unfortunately this iPad does not have Wi-Fi capability

Best ipad..battery life is pretty long...charges quickly...good screen view...good sound.

Best Buy stated this was the latest version. It was the same price as the gen 8. It got to my house and was a gen 7. False advertisement! Now I either accept it or don't give my child his Christmas gift. Thanks for nothing Best Buy....

I asked for a silver iPad when I was working with the person that was helping me and he gave me the wrong color. I never notified. I quickly wrapped the gift and went on my way. My son opened his gift which was a pink iPad!!! Really????

Four and a half years later and it’s still going strong. This is the best experience with apple that I’ve had (including phones!) I use it daily and travel with it and haven’t had a problem. Thanks Best Buy!

It didn’t even last a year, I kept it in perfect condition and one day it just doesn’t turn on at all or even factory restart. There’s some deal with Apple to get a new one but tablets should last more than a year...

Item itself is great. However Not happy with Best Buy.i just purchased it on sale 4/16 for $380. And same item on 5/8 is listed on sale for $330. Give me a break. In these times don’t take advantage of people! Not nice!

I bought this ipad for a gift because that person wanted it over a tablet. I am not a fan of apple products. They limit to what you can do on their OS(operating system). I would never recommend any apple products to anyone.

Apple keeps using China to build the IPAD's and they are crap. This was my third IPAD in 3 years and it will be my last. Everything made in China is crap. I am done with Apple and all products Apple.

Was working good but now I have to take it in so it can be looked at by Geek squad because it is running slow first time I ever had an iPad that did not work I ordered it online through Best Buy

I’m still waiting for my order, very disappointed and dissatisfied. I’ve called and waited on line, optioned to be called, nobody called back. Poor service! Step up your game.

Purchased in August of 2020.It is juat little over a year old and it cost almost 500.00 and it just decides not to work. I have a white screen.

I have used this iPad every day since I purchased it until today when for some reason the screen froze and I turned it off. Now, the iPad wont turn on at all.

It said it would be here 3 different dates and eventually said it was delivered randomly but it was nowhere to be found. I would imagine it’s a great iPad but I wouldn’t know

While the product was without flaw, I spent money for the next day delivery, and I four days after it should have. I might as well chosen the free shipping.

only bought it because I had to..typical apple over priced, restrictive operation system and platform. All my android machines run circles around it.
