I had an older iPad, and couldn't update it anymore. Was debating on whether to buy the new model or not, and I'm glad I did. Everything works better, there are more available apps, and it is much lighter than my previous model.

With the larger 128 Gb storage capacity, you have the ability to work on several tasks at a time. The iPad is large enough to view everything you need but still in a manageable size when complete with heavy duty case. The speed for download/ streaming is very quick and no buffering noted.

So not entirely true...my dog flipped my old one off a table and it landed on the screen, on concrete. So, I definitely needed a new one, and it only made sense to get more storage. Found this in the Open Box section, nothing missing and looked to have never been touched. Perfect!

I had owned a number of I-Pads since the their introduction, but this is the best. Image clarity is excellent, fast, and plenty of storage space. I travel a great deal, and depend on my pad for all my content requirements music movies books. It's an excellent companion.

This is my first iPad. Thing I am most impressed about is the battery life. Recently took a 5 hour flight, I watched 2 movies on the plane and battery was still above 70%! Haven't used many features yet, but I am happy with everything so far. Very easy using with new samsung smart tv and sonos.

Bought this iPad for teaching via FaceTime/Zoom during the Coronavirus pandemic and it has definitely made online teaching much easier, the bigger screen (compared to a phone), and portability (compared to a computer) makes it the perfect teaching tool for my needs. Highly recommended!

Purchased this iPad as a replacement for my Gen 1 iPad for Christmas. Easily initialized the new iPad and configured to my requirements in a short period on time. Performance of this new device is outstanding vs. the older iPad. Very happy with this product and the sale price offered by BestBuy.

This is our first iPad and we are enjoying it a lot ! Recently took it on our long flight to watch movies and while traveling it was useful for looking up things and our email. Glad that we purchased the keypad too. We are still learning what we can do with it. We are happy we purchased it !

It works great!! Really like this product and it works great! Glad to choose this instead of an iPad Pro model a the functionality is perfect for what we would like to do (beginner digital art/note-taking). Perfect for college student who would like an alternative to paper notes.

Got this to upgrade a 2nd generation iPad and the difference is remarkable. Higher resolution screen and much faster processor. Purchased on-line and everything was easy. Got free shipping and the product was here in a couple of days. Great item and great purchase experience.

I've accumulated many tablets over the years (two iPad Minis, Lenovo IdeaPad, Amazon Fires), but as they aged, I knew it was time for a new one. I wanted a larger screen, and I was not disappointed, as Apple has increased the screen size to 10.2" on their flagship iPads for the 7th generation. I found that having more space was ideal for me, as I frequently used my iPad Minis to record videos of family, friends, and my cats (stop laughing at me, I just rescued a young mother cat and a newborn kitten!). This iPad gives me space, and plenty of it, so I never find myself running out of it or needing to transfer photos at an inopportune time. The screen resolution is beautiful, the cameras are great quality, as are the speakers, and the processor makes my iPad run quickly and smoothly, as is always the case with iPads when they're only a few years old. I know I can count on this device lasting a long, long time, which I appreciate, so this was well worth the investment, and it's my new workhorse tablet!

Definitely glad I bought this. Excellent value now that newer models are out. Picture, sound, processor all clearer, faster than 9.7 with longer battery life.

My 8th grader promoted to high school and his birthday was in a few days. So it was exactly what I was looking for. 10.2 in 7th gen with 128 GB. He can do everything he needs to due on it. And with this Covid 19 situation it will make it easier for school work and activities.

My husband I each bought an iPad for Christmas. The value and the size of the iPad 10.2 is amazing. I had not owned an iPad before but use MacBook Pro and iPhone. Have always loved Apple products. The amazing part is that they all sync together. Can't wait to really get into learning my iPad.

It was way past time for me to upgrade to the 7th Generation iPad. I have put my 2nd Generation to good use, but it is very tired. So far, so good with this new iPad. It's so much faster than my last one, picture is very clear and it works beautifully. Highly recommended!

This is the third iPad, and I've liked all of them tremendously. The last one developed a battery charging issue (I'd owned it about three years), so I traded it in and bought a new one. I've only ever owned iPad tablets, so I can't compare it to anything but previous generation iPads.

I have always used my smart phone or personal computer, but haven't had a laptop or tablet to use. Since buying this tablet I have found myself using it more for many things I would have even used with the smart iphone. Such as text messages and checking email. It is awesome.

Use the iPad everyday for reading the news and catching up with what is happening in the world. iPad performs like it is suppose to. Ordered online on Best Buy website and iPad arrived a day earlier to the house. I would recommend this device for anyone looking for an iPad.

Got it on sale and it has been as reliable and effective as expected. The new updates to allow multiple pages open is a plus and being able to add a Bluetooth or wired mouse is huge. I don’t always feel like touching the screen (yes, they still get lots of fingerprints), so very handy indeed!
