We needed to update to a newer iPad because our older one would no longer take the new updates. Best Buy had a great sale and this iPad is great--no complaints, does everything that we want it to and fast.

Easy to set up, delivery was on time . Returned the one I had bought at the Apple Store as this was a better price and more go. Just hoping it lasts longer than my last iPad as it only lasted 3 years before it “died”

Not bad price for latest iPad. It supports several apps to teach you how to draw. Have a free app that can do freestyle art, simulating different art styles, like oil painting, water painting, charcoal sketches, etc.

I’ve seen people using their iPads as art tablets and I was very interested in trying out myself, and I have to say that I’m in no way disappointed with my purchase . It’s so smooth and just overall a good experience

works great as all Apple products do. Automatically connected to all of my other Apple devices. Easy set up. Would recommend the purchase of an iPad. 128GB is more than enough storage for my personal use.

We use these ipads for work. Each of our guys was given one so they could do inspections digitally. So far, it seems to be going really well. They were easy to set up and the guys had no problems using them.

Solid. Works exactly as I expected. Has the smart connector if needed. My son used it For school work as well as streaming and games. If you’re used to Apple products it’s exactly what you’d expect.

My old iPad was a 2nd Gen. with 32GB. I gave this new one to myself for my birthday. It's night into day, what a super improvement. Both app speed, battery life, and a super display. Best present I ever got!

Much faster and better screen than my Ipad 2, but thought it would be lighter, seems about the same weight.

Just set I pad up yesterday have been on vacation when it arrived 1st iPad was messed up u all ordered me new one and this one works! Haven’t had much chance to use pad yet but love the size and appearance

I am 80 years young and have always wanted an iPad so bought one for myself as an 80th birthday gift. I love it, easy to use, particularly if used to an iPhone. And, nice enlarged pics of the grandchildren.

I got this as a gift for my mom for her birthday and she has been glued to the screen since. She really enjoys it and uses it to read, play games, watch videos, stream music and tv/movies, among other things.

I bought due to need for good Tablet for Piano lessons, and due to sale price. I am sure that Apple will releas a new version in the fall , thus the price cut recently. But it works for my purpose well.

The size of the ipad is attractive and the gb size is good to store the data

Went with the larger screen and the larger memory even at the added cost. Would be nice if the base model was 64GB and not 32GB. 32 just doesn't seem like enough...I believe the smaller iPad starts at 64GB

I purchased this iPad as a gift to my aunt. I loaded the device with pics and old movies. All media plays beautifully. Ease of use is exactly what everyone knows Apple to be. Very happy with this product.

Well every time i am in I manage to spend money. I was in for Apple watch service and decided to walk around. My Best Buy had some open item iPads and I decided to do some comparing. I had an old iPad Air 2 and it turns out the latest iPad was a significant upgrade. With the open box price and the perfect condition of the iPad i couldn't resist. The stores Apple rep was very knowledgeable. I didn't even know BB was an Apply authorized repair shop.

I'm still getting used to it because I'm used to Android. But so far I love it. It's speedy and I'm still exploring which apps that I want to use. I may use it as an e-reader. I like to read on tablets.

Has everything I need and then some. Power performance is great (sound included), the screen display quality is great, and the ease of use make it very user-friendly for even our 4-year-old.
