Once the Covid-19 hit, and my daughters were out of school, I knew that we were going to need another device, aside from my MacBook Pro, for long distance learning for my high schoolers. I have an old school iPad from long ago that I use for .pdfs and email, but it no longer is upgradeable and doesn't have the ability to keep up with applications like Zoom. This device has worked perfectly for my freshman, and I am glad I purchased it from Best Buy, as they brought it right to my car where I was parked in the parking lot. It is fast, and it has plenty of storage for all of the selfies I am sure to find on the device in the future. 4 stars! Apple products are too expensive and they become obsolete a little too quickly for my tastes, but that's only because they work forever.

I have to say Best Buy customer service was outstanding. I didn’t feel pressured to buy. LOVE THAT! They were helpful in answering the few questions I had and quickly checked me out. Out the door I went. iPad and Apple family we are!!!! As usual it works perfect and easy to set up. Not a lot more that I can say we are still using it daily literally till it is down to 10 percent.

Size is perfect. Speed is great, both front and back cameras take very nice photos. I am pleased with this item that I bought for my dad. He loves it! The sound quality is excellent too! The price was amazing because Best Buy had it on sale, plus I found a geek squad open box deal! I was also able to used my Best Buy visa points towards this purchases. Couldn’t be happier!

It was time for a refresh and Apple does not disappoint. I really like the ability to use apple pencil to take notes a lot faster. The larger screen is also a plus for a very reasonable cost. I give high marks to value since it was on sale, but if not I might knock it down one notch. For a first time apple user the learning curve is a bit high but with practice it becomes second nature.

It’s super quick. I had a surface go that obviously was more computer like. But this is way faster and more enjoyable for what I need. Would I like a pro? Yes, do I need it, nah. This works great. For the price when on sale very hard to pass up. I’ll say holding my kids mini 4 is easier for long periods, but when I have the option of a larger screen I am always drawn to it.

I finally upgraded my iPad. My old iPad was seven years old. It worked but after seven years, it was slow and could not upload new software to protect from viruses. The new iPad is super fast and I love apple products because they are so simple to use and they easily transfer your information. There isn’t much difference from my old one except for the speed.

Best Buy has a great trade-in program which I used to trade in my old iPad and purchase this one. This iPad is a little heavier than my previous one but the trade-off is I now have a bigger screen, better picture resolution and faster processor. The heavier weight is well worth what I received in return.

The camera is basically as good the one an old iPhone 4 or 5. It desperately needs an upgrade. There are stability problems with apps that I didn't have with older generation iPads (I've owned two before this one). The t key on typing with the screen tends to toggle to a 5 automatically, which is an annoyance. These problems mean that I don't use this iPad as much I did my older units. It's also true that iPhones keep getting better and better, making the use of an iPad less necessary. This is basically a B+ kind of device. For the money, it should be of better quality. It's basically a very big iPhone 5 with an improved processor and some bugs.

Mom hates computers. Only uses iPhone for everything. Once bought her the iPad and told her is the same as her iPhone but bigger screen, it was Love at first sight. She uses for everything now she just discover how to use Netflix, which I had it installed in her iPhone but never used it. She takes it everywhere. Easy to use for everyone basic or advanced levels

I’m very satisfied with my recent purchase of an iPad 7 from Best Buy! My iPad 4, which served me well, was getting a bit old and slow, so it was time to upgrade. This iPad is plenty fast, has vivid colors, and plenty of storage space. In addition, the screen is really sharp, which is important to me because I use it for reading. Also, I got a tremendous deal on the price!

I was worried that Procreate wouldn’t work too well with this version since the Pro is the iPad meant for that kind of work. It works great though! 1st gen Apple Pencil works great. Procreate is absolutely amazing and I love the three products combined Unless you really want an upgrade this iPad does everything it needs to do and it’s way more affordable than the pro
