    I only had this iPad for two years and it's damaged. I took it to a Apple Store and was told that it wouldn't download the updated software and he also did another analysis and it didn't work. Now I would have to replace it and pay $250.00 to get another one, It's not my fault that I was sold a no good iPad. I purchased another one this yr and hopefully I won't have the same problem. I will not purchase with Best Buy again.
