    I have had a most positive experience with Best Buy and more specifically with the Geek Squad. I was most concerned regarding the transfer of my files and such from my old computer; fearful that I would not have everything that I truly need! Dawn was most calming and reassuring me that they would take care of what I needed. When I picked up my new computer and the old cpu, I was more than delighted at the results. Thank you, Thank You, Thank you!!
