    They made it very easy to trade in my old iPad and purchase and download my new iPad. Efficient, friendly. I’d recommend them. They were 100% better than my experiences (3times) at the Apple store in Tucson. Never will I go back there, not when the service at Best Buy was so much for positive. My new iPad generation 7 is similar to my iPad air2.
