    bought this open box. highest ranking and it was a Christmas gift. on Christmas day the thing didnt work. geek squad didnt properly clean it or reset it. still had lock code and account info from last person. definitely upsetting to a kid on Christmas. had to take time two days after Christmas to get it fixed at a different store.
