    I bought this as a Christmas gift for my father, and he is really enjoying it. I bought him an iPhone 2 years ago for Father's Day, and he is transitioning easily into using his iPad.

    I upgraded from a gen 5 (2gb ram). This latest model has 3gb ram. It improves my normal everyday browsing experience. The extra screen size 9.7 vs 10.2 is just also an added bonus.

    The product course perfect. It arrived by mail a day ahead of schedule. I am not computer savvy and need much help. The staff at store bend over backwards and then some to help me. I have needed the geek squad twice and both times I spoke. To knowledgeable, calm person who explained things perfectly.

    I love the (little) larger display and functionality of this iPad. I do not need Pro features and power ... this is my sitting on the coffee table iPad when I need to surf the net/access forums/Facebook. I appreciate it has a good price for performance ratio and is still a favorite piece in my tech arsenal.

    This iPad was a gift for my sister. It is the latest model and I got a great price for it. It is an awesome multitasking tablet and the best part is that you can use the Apple Pencil with it! I was informed that due to COVID-19, the delivery time would be extended. I received the iPad within a week, not too bad!
